- Initial Meeting - The purpose of this meeting is to introduce ourselves, talk about your goals, the property, and go over our process. It's an ideal opportunity for any questions you may have.
- Proposal & Listing - After extensively reviewing your property, we will provide you with a comprehensive packet containing details about your property, a proposal for collaboration, and all the necessary listing documents.
- Buyer List - We will thoroughly search our database and available resources to create a detailed list of potential buyers and reach out to them directly about your property.
- Offer Review - We aim to present you with offers that align with your goals. When we generate an offer you wish to accept, we will guide you through any necessary contingencies.
- Closing - All contingencies have been satisfied, and the final documents are prepared for signing. After everything is reviewed and signed, your land sale will be officially closed.
Transaction Coordination
For landowners who have a buyer lined up and don’t need to expose their property to more buyers but would like to have representation in their corner, Land & Legacy Group offers a Transaction Coordination service. Opting for the Transaction Coordination service will provide you with state of Wisconsin-approved transaction documents, weekly updates, offer drafting and review, ordering title, preparing an offer checklist, monitoring and working through any and all contingencies, and preparing for closing. Land & Legacy Group can be viewed as your liaison from the process of having a buyer all the way to reaching the closing table. This ensures that you are not navigating the complexities of the transaction alone, but instead have a dedicated team ensuring every detail is managed with precision and care.

- Offer Review - With the Buyer’s offer drafted we’ll present the offer to you and talk you through all the points. You may decide to accept, reject, or counter the offer. We’ll work with you to meet your objectives.
- Closing - All contingencies have been satisfied, and the final documents are prepared for signing. After everything is reviewed and signed, your land sale will be officially closed.
